Shipping policy

You can place your order online, by email or over the phone.  If you require an item urgently we suggest you contact us by phone, to check availability and delivery times.

We offer free postage on absolutely all UK orders over £50.

Any orders under £50 will be charged £3.00 for postage.

 Orders placed with PORTA will be dispatched using a Royal Mail recorded service with an expected delivery after shipping of 3-5 working days; please note this will require a signature to confirm receipt of the order. If you are unavailable when your order is being delivered the Royal Mail will leave an Attempted Delivery Card so you can arrange either a redelivery or to collect the order from your nearest sorting office.

Currently we do not ship internationally so delivery is within the United Kingdom only,
and do not offer express or next day delivery options.
